This particular coffee is a blend from the farms Malacara B which is 50 hectares and sits at 1,500 meters, on the slopes of the Santa Ana Volcano and Las Mercedes which is 1,200 meters, in Cantón El Sincuyo, Tacuba.
The coffee has an aroma of butterscotch and a flavour of kiwi, chocolate and blackberry with a light smooth aftertaste.
