Rooibos Earl Grey

Rooibos meaning “Red Bush” is a broom like plant that grows in South Africa’s Western Cape and Eastern Cape. The leaves are used to make a herbal tea that is also called Bush Tea and Red Tea. This is then flavoured with bergamot to give it a lemony flavour similarly to Earl Grey.
