Honduras Santa Rosa coffee originates from the Western Highlands of Honduras, specifically the region around Santa Rosa de Copán. This area is renowned for its ideal coffee growing conditions, including high altitude, above 1,200 feet above sea level, fertile volcanic soil and a balanced climate with ample sunlight and rainfall. In terms of flavour, Santa Rosa has a well balanced and smooth profile with a pleasant sweetness of chocolate and hints of citrus.
