This coffee is decaffeinated by means of the mountain water process. The mountain water comes from Pico de Orizaba which is the highest mountain in Mexico.
This is an ideal coffee for use in espresso machines when caffeine isn’t wanted. Its taken to a high level of roast to put some umphh into the taste of the coffee making it an ideal replacement for those who want the full bodied coffee with a fruity, chocolatey, nutty flavour without the added buzz!
