This area is renowned for its ideal coffee growing conditions, including high altitude, above 1,200 feet above sea level, fertile volcanic soil and a balanced climate with ample sunlight and rainfall. In terms of flavour, Santa Rosa has a well balanced and smooth profile with a pleasant sweetness of chocolate and hints of citrus.
