Son La Coffee Beans

Son La is nestled in the mountainous highlands of Northwest Vietnam where it benefits from the high altitudes (700 70 1200m ASL), fertile volcanic soils and a cool, misty climate with distinct seasonal shifts and ample rainfall which are ideal for Cafe Arabica cultivation. Son La coffee uses a washed process which contributes to its clean and bright cup profile. Farmers in this region, who are small scale and family owned, are increasingly focusing on meticulous cultivation and processing to enhance the quality of the beans.

Son La has a balanced and smooth character with a pleasant, medium body and clean finish with a taste of sweetness, nuts, caramel and cocoa or chocolate.
